Grouse Hunting

Northwestern Ontario is loaded with ruffed grouse, and in the past few year, we have seen a large jump in the number of sharp-tails as well. Days of 25 flushes for ruffed-grouse is not uncommon and days with twice that many are very possible. We build and maintain miles of trails for our deer and bear hunting stands that allow you to get into cover areas that would otherwise be impossible. We also plant these trails with clover. Many grouse live along our trails and can be hunted all day. Our sharp-tails inhabit the many long-grass fields that serve not only as deer feed, but their home as well. A single field can produce dozens of flushes for you.
